To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. When your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that if you do not receive delivery due to incorrect address, and it is determined to be a result of the incorrect input by you, we can not offer reshipment or a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If we have sent out a replacement to you for any reason, your ability to request a refund is null and void, and we can no longer issue a refund.
Please be aware, replacement wrist bands and chargers are non-refundable.
All warranties and shipping costs are non-refundable.
To quality for a refund, any returned item must either be defective or unused in original packaging.
We do not provide return labels, you (the purchaser) are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The Adapt Watch has an IP67 water resistance rating. This means that it can handle rain, sweat, hand washing, shower and much more. It's suggested however to avoid taking the watch into a hot shower, steam room, hot tubs, or swimming in deep water for extended periods of time.
Q. How accurate are the heart health features?
The Adapt Watch is as accurate as any other non cuff based smart watch when it comes to heart health. We advise purchasing a medical device over a smart watch if you intend to use it for medical purposes.

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
