We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means you have 30 days after making your purchase to request a return or exchange. Decisions are made on a case by case basis, but rest assured we always put our customer satisfaction first.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. When your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that if you do not receive delivery due to incorrect address, and it is determined to be a result of the incorrect input by you, we can not offer a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If we have sent out a replacement to you for any reason, the 30-day refund policy is null and void, and we can no longer issue a return for refund.
Please be aware, replacement wrist bands and chargers are non-refundable.
