If your Adapt Watch doesn't work as expected, send us a message with a short video showing the issue of the item. We send you a new one for ABSOLUTELY FREE!

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at support@adaptwatch.com. When your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that if you do not receive delivery due to incorrect address, and it is determined to be a result of the incorrect input by you, we can not offer reshipment or a refund.

** None of our products are medical devices, and should not be used as such.  Readings not being 100% accurate are not a defect and do not quality for a refund**

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If we have sent out a replacement to you for any reason, your ability to request a refund is null and void, and we can no longer issue a refund. 

All returns of non defective items will incur a $25 restocking fee per item.

 

Disclaimers

Please be aware, replacement wrist bands and chargers are non-refundable.

All warranties and shipping costs are non-refundable.

To qualify for a refund, any returned item must either be defective or unused in original packaging.

We do not provide return labels, you (the purchaser) are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The use of any promo code for additional discount automatically voids your right to an exchange or refund.
